Good purchase
Powerful fan with misting. Worth a buy. However will need to contact technician form company for installation as it is a long process

Very bad experience
Very bad experience with this particular order. Received defective pipe/pole but technician didn't pay attention and assembled the same as is and left. I logged the call for replacement which took it's own time after rigorous follow-up. My concern is how come factory send material without QC and secondly how come technician installed the defective piece of item and assembled it and didn't even brought to our attention it. Didn't expect it from HAVAI as i HAD PURCHAED THE item already earlier.
