Peak Performance USDA Organic Pumpkin Seed Oil Supplement. Liquid Extract

Easy to use and doesn't have much of a taste to it just oily taste but not bad. Good price. No side effects. The heath benefits of pumpkin seed oil are great.

Seems to be a high quality oil, tastes terrible like pumpkin seed oil should. (Think raw unsalted pumpkin flavor)

I have no problem with the quality or price only I can’t say I have noticed any benefits from taking it. It’s easy to use and I do not feel any side effects, just can’t tell if it helps.

This is a much better form of the substance than having to eat a whole bunch of pumpkin seeds every day which can be problematical on the digestive system, particularly at my age. A couple of very minor points: The instructions tell you to take 34 drops a day. It would be nice if they put a marker on the dropper where that is. It's not critical by any means, a drop or two here or there won't make much of a difference and 34 drops is most of the dropper anyway. Secondly, there is a minor taste to the oil. It's par for the course for any pumpkin seed oil. So put it into something with flavor and shake well before each gulp. This type of oil, by its very nature, will float to the top and not easily go into solution. Whether oil will alter the taste, depends on what you are drinking. For instance in coffee with milk, I couldn't detect it. In Gatorade, it was noticeable. In just plain water, I did notice the taste. I like the fact it is in a dark glass bottle to preserve its efficacy and shelf life. The dropper is glass and well-made too.

This product is good quality.I haven't used it much so far,but the times I did,I felt something going on.Nothing intense,but a good relaxing feeling.I would take it in mid morning just like most supplements I take,and in the evening,it seemed to help my sleep some.Thanks for reading.

I read about this and how it's supposed to help when hair is falling out as it helps with too much testosterone or something like that. Well, it seemed to change the way I felt. It made me feel like a whole different person. I'm not sure what is happening but this stuff is really interesting. I think I really like the way it makes you feel - like kind of more there.

This product seems well made high quality. It has a little aftertaste, like when you eat a lot of seeds, but it is not bad at all. I can't tell if it actually does anything or is making a difference, though.
