I quite enjoy the taste and the effect! Packet comes with full instructions for use and making a brew. I just pop a pinch in a thermos with boiling water and it seems fine for me. Will certainly be ordering more when I finish my present order.

Price so high, I have a friend from Brazil he said he can get me 5 kilo of katuaba for only $15🤔

Waste of time and money
An elaborate process required to boil this to create a tea mixture - which is unpalatable too. Kept it up for a while and can't say it did anything for me. Benefit is probably psychological rather than physical.

Aiuta a rilassare e tonificare allo stesso momento, è un buon prodotto, la dicitura sui tempi e dosaggio dietro è completamente sbagliata, è un cucchiaino per ogni tazza, 3-4 minuti sotto il fuoco lento quasi ad ebollizione e poi una decina di minuti d'infusione a fuoco spento
