72 traps per package. They are really good and a great value. I’ve ordered several times.

What is the coldest they will work? Will these traps work around 30 degrees fahrenheit?

These are the stickiest things I have ever used, use caution that you don't get your own skin in contact with the traps glue. As far as 30 degrees F, I suspect that it will work just fine, however my basement has never gotten that cold.

Can they be left flat or do you have to fold?
