It's a revolutionary product to begin with, it eliminates the need for belan and board, you don't need to wait so long for roti to be baked. It's really a magic show. But for this magic to happen, one needs to go through the learning curve. You have to make a dough suitable for roti maker, consistency needs to be bit more watery than we usually use with gas stove cooking. Once you get the dough right rest of the things falls into right places. Everyone in my family seems to love the rotis more since we bought it. But I had some hiccups in this journey I had to repair it twice in time span of 7 months. Repairing was covered under the guarantee but I had to send it to Delhi by courier to their work shop although they sent it back bearing the courier charges. Claiming warranty was easy but still I'm not sure if this will continue in the future.
