This is a Great Product! It has helped my carpal tunnel a lot! I use it also on my shoulder and lower back. I have had 3 cortisone injections in my hand for carpal tunnel. They work for a few months then it comes back. I have laid this Red light therapy pad on the palms my hands and wrist's two times a day for 30 minutes at level 3 and it’s been 4 months with no carpal tunnel symptoms at all! I plan on buying more for gifts!

We just received this red light therapy pad and my fiancé immediately tried it on his shoulder. It fits him perfectly, it’s flexible and contours really well without slipping. He’s using it right now and says it feels really soothing and relaxing. The pad seems high quality, easy to set up, and has a nice size for larger areas like the shoulder, back, or knee. The different intensity settings are a nice touch. We’re excited to keep using it over the next few weeks to see the full benefits, but right out of the box it’s already really cool and well-made. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an easy-to-use red light therapy option for muscle or joint relief!

This has been absolutely wonderful and easy to use. Definitely feel results every time I used it. Problem is that after a year it just quit working. If it lasted three years I be much more ok with that than a year. Probably would not buy again because of its life expectancy.

I appreciate that this device was available. Briefly it relieves some pain and inflammation I was having. I bought it primarily for a slight sore lower back and a few joints, but also for relieving some blurring in my eyes that visits me from time to time. It does not cure. And yes I did get an eye exam and my blood pressure is fine. I am just older and this does help for late nights when my eyes get tired. There is a digital timer but it isn't the easiest thing to use. I just go by how I feel. Oh part of my eye issues are from allergies, but I am extremely pleased how this has worked. For my eyes I either lay down or hold it around my head. Package include a elastic Velcro type band to hold it in a position, but I have yet to use that accessory.

We love this red light pad. I have wall panels, but this is great for portable, targeted therapy. My husband has been using it at bedtime for his plantar fasciitis and his feet aren’t as tight and painful when he wakes up. My daughter used it on a shoulder injury and it worked perfectly for that, too. As a jiu jitsu family, I know we’ll find lots of applications for this red light therapy pad. Great value!

The cable that had to connect the pad didn’t work. I ordered the same item twice hoping that only one or them had issues, but none of them worked. One of them didn’t work at all and the other one, I had to keep twisting the cable and hold it in a specific angle for it to stay on.
