They work fine. As for the washers/spacers being missing; the screws were redesigned to include a flange instead.

I recently purchased a bunch of N scale rolling stock from a few people that they have had for years. As you can imagine, the years take a toll on the parts. I needed to new wheels to replace the rolling stock since I have some rare and vintage ones in my collection now. The wheels were old and did not roll well at all. I could have just replaced the metal wheels but I wanted to give them brand new life that I wouldn't have to worry about for a long time. I bought this 4 pack and they work fantastic for the price. I really appreciate the quality that I received for the price. All the rolling stock that I replaced, and rolling so smooth now. 100% worth the money. Will buy again.

Expensive but they are of good quality. They could cut cost if the wouldn't use such elaborate packaging.
