This works better than any tranquilizer. Youre just not that concerned about whatever had you so upset. You don't feel a buzz or anything. You just know that you would still be very upset as nothing else has changed the situation. The best part, is it must pass from your system at some point. I don't know when, I only know I don't go back to being upset about it later on. I started taking it to relax my mind at bedtime. Which I have to take a lot for that. My brain goes on and on. Not in turmoil, just active. I tried it as a last resort when my something upset me so much in the daytime and I just couldn't calm down. Iwas so happy when it worked! Unbelievable! Try it! I don't remember if theres a needed build up in your system like most meds or supplements. And I am fat, so I take more. They judge how much to give animals of meds by their weight. Why not people? But skinny people and fat peoplr get the same amount of things. That doesn't make sense. So, take it and add on, till it works for you. Because this is a great mental relaxer. I'm extremely thankful for finding it!

I see a lot of reviews that complain about the smell, Duh, it's valerian and no it's not meant to smell great. This product is great, the smell is an indication of it's freshness and potency, sleep like a baby without any groggy feeling the next day.

Okay, valerian stinks. All the brands stink. It's a stinky herb, no way around it. But it does help me sleep. I have wild, very vivid dreams, though, and it's a little bit difficult to wake up in the morning. It gave my husband nightmares, so he won't use it. I bought it to help with night sweats - I think it's supposed to help because waking up is what triggers the night sweats - but so far, no significant difference in that respect. I still wake up briefly when I roll over, and so I still get night sweats. But I am able to go back to sleep immediately.

This is a good product if your body I’m not sure how to say it can handle it the right way for the first I’d say three or four days that I took it just one capsule of bed and my nothing no it didn’t do anything so I decided to take two capsules And the first night really didn’t do anything second night it did help call me and I did get a little sleep the next two nights I did get sleep but on that second night I woke up no so groggy and it took me until about seven or between 7 PM and 8 PM at night for a really start wearing off and then it was time you know about time to go to bed Took two more woke up that next day and ended up having to go back to bed just a few hours later and I slept for four hours so needless to say I have not taken anymore so I guess it would just be up to the person and their body chemistry but I mean it does relax you and you do sleep but to me, it was just too strong.

WORKED GREAT FOR SLEEP better than melatonin, which for me did lose its effect after a few times. NOTE this brand is the most highest mg I found here. The first time I used these, I took 2 as suggested, and had a noticeable wave of drunken sensation that was kind of pleasant. Afterward it was OK, just the first time effect I had might not be yours. I always make sure I take them with a drink that has some taste, like lemon water or juice since to me Valerian is not tasty or delightful to smell.

Me tomé dos antes de dormir y NADA!, lo use por 4 noches consecutivas y no me sirvió de nada, seguí sin poder dormir, no me relajo ni nada, NO LO RECOMIENDO!.

No sirve, ni con el doble o triple de dosis, terminé comprando raíz de ashawagandha.
