Sorry that I did not take a picture while using this gait belt, (I got it for my sister who is in NJ). I'll see if I can get one for an update. My sister recently had a stroke and is unable to stand alone. This belt is great for support, strong and so easy to apply, my sister says that she is so glad that I brought it because it makes her feel safe and gives the family something to grip onto when helping her stand and transfer. Great product and you get two for this price. Highly reccomend this if you find yourself in this situation

I got it for my husband, he had a stroke years ago he is unable to stand up by himself this belt it's great and easily to use it my husband it's very happy because it makes him feel safe, great product, I recommend it to any caregivers. Or family.

Bought these for one of my caregivers so she can have one in her car and she's going to use for one of her other clients. She absolutely loved my belt and wonders how she didn't find out about this awesome belt. Even though they were slightly different from mine as i have one more handle on the back of my belt but still just a little turn and she has one in the middle of the back

I love this product! My 62 year old, 180 lbs- father began losing the ability to transfer himself and he has MediCal, which means they take a while to approve any care and dont rush to take action. He's had 2 surgeries on his back. Due to covid, he's not able to get the best care/services/resources and we've had to get creative. We needed something sturdy and thick for him to grab on to and for the person carrying him to also securely grasp. These 2 belts are cheap, great quality and do the job. When we take him to his appointments the nurses and doctors always love them and say "We should get some of these, they come in handy!" We found another item on Amazon that wraps around the legs due to my father slowly losing the ability to stand on his own, but we still use these for safety purposes. We've recommended this product to other caregivers and family members.

Unfortunately, these didn't last long before becoming a hazard to my client who is a major fall risk. The fasteners (buckles) would click in just fine but with any pressure the buckles slipped out and the gait belts popped off. This caused client to fall and my staff to try to catch her which is dangerous for all. And please note, my client is only about 120 lbs and knows how to use gait belts as well as the staff because she's used them for 15+ years. The material is sturdy and the price was great for 2 but faulty buckles ruined the product for our experience.

After almost losing our Mom quite a few times since January due to multiple unexpected surgeries and being in a coma for a month, I was more than thrilled just to be able to even search for anything like this. She's home now & we use this every single day as she learns to walk again and even just standing up to build up her muscles again. With this it makes it so much easier even doing everyday simple things that we took for granted before. Thank you so much for making a high quality product that has helped us out many times (including catching her from falling when she slips even though we have our hands holding on) daily! I'll gladly recommend this to anyone who could use it to care for a loved one!!!

Excellent material, well-made. The very sturdy quick-release buckle is much easier than the traditional assistance belt fastener. I suppose if the person needing it is very heavy it might not be secure but we love it assisting with elder, medium heavy family member. I thought two-pack was redundant til I saw how it could help both patient and assistant.

Disabled son had a gate belt that had seen better days, and failed. I ordered another gate belt which came as a pair. Got the belts in 2 days, tried one out the other day and it worked very well. I wasn't worried lifting son. Would recommend this product and the seller, who supplied this belt, made sure I was happy with product. I was surprised and very pleased with Gary's personal attention.
