This pillow is a God send!!! I sleep on my side, stomach, and back all in one night so it has been hard to find a pillow to accommodate that. My neck always hurts in the morning. I have tried SO many pillows!!! This one finally gave me a good nights sleep.It is REALLY important that you squeeze the pillow to break up the pieces of memory foam right after you get it out of the package, and then let it sit for a few hours. I have read a lot of reviews that say the pillow is so flat or not what they expected and that’s because the pillow doesn’t come with instructions - I read to do this whenever I purchased the pillows. I spent a good 10 minutes massaging the pillow and you can feel the pieces of the memory foam in big clumps because it has been vacuum sealed. Once I finished it was like 3 times the size from when I got it out of the vacuum seal. It says to let it sit for 24 hrs but I really needed a good night’s sleep so I left it for about 6 and it was good for me.It molds to your head and neck but is still supportive, which is exactly what I wanted!! It doesn’t get flat either. I always sleep with another pillow underneath just for some height due to my stuffy nose but if that wasn’t an issue for me, I could’ve slept comfortably.I have spent a ton of money on pillows.. pretty much every type from many “best pillows” lists, but this one is hands down, the best! And it is soo affordable for two!!!If you are in doubt just give it a try!!! It is worth it

Purchased one set. Two of my sons loved them. Ordered another set for my oldest. Heard a fight going on. My husband went and stole one. Now ordering a third set. My guys all love them. I would say they are somewhat firm, but you sink into them a bit. If you like a flat pillow, this is not for you. My husband likes a down pillow but complains that it’s too flat 1/2 way thru the night. He likes this pillow. They come with all the air sucked out of them, but they are ready to sleep on with in 4-6 hours. I will say they are to the heavy side, weight wise, but very comfortable.

This review is for the regular pillows (not the memory foam with the hexagon style pattern).I didn’t love how they were packaged so airtight… had to be careful not to pierce the pillow material when opening. Once opened though, the pillows puffed up quick and ok. They’re comfortable enough, very soft, not at all firm. Some people might need 2 pillows to stack. I can tell the filling inside is going to fizzle out and be a problem fairly quickly… these probably won’t last long but in a pinch for the price they’re not bad and will be good for guests.

I find the pillow a little hard, but not terrible , its better than anything I have now ( I live in Asia pillows are not a great concern here) I miss my feather pillow I had when I was a kid, can't find them like that anymore. But anyway , the pillow is ok maybe it will break in after awhile sleeping on it, I do sweat a little when sleeping and has a weird smell about it which I will place them outside in the sun and see if that helps. Its a good pillow just not great.

I love these pillows. I was hesitant at first, considering how they are packaged, and I did not think they would be supportive. I was wrong. It has been hard to find a pillow that is a perfect balance between softness & firmness. I found it! I will definitely be buying another 2.

I had hoped the pillows would be more plush, but I would describe them as medium/firm. Otherwise seem to be decent quality and are more comfortable than I expected for the firmness.

I have been on the hunt for a good pillow for a very long time. I have neck and shoulder problems and I need a good pillow not to soft not too firm.Shapes my head perfectly with good support. I will be purchasing more I want to buy a king size if they sell them. Four stars just because I wish they were bigger

All I have to say is that customer service for this product was amazing. Problem came up with this product for me, and customer service responded AND resolved in 24 hours. Would definitely purchase from this seller again in a heartbeat.

The pillows are soft and very comfortable, much much better than the branded pricey pillows that we bought before.

Yes, they're soft and look full and fluffy. The only thing is that your head will sink... You'll end up at an inch or two from the mattress. I ended up using them one on top of the other to have the support I needed. Overall happy and rested.

Material is very soft but firm at the same time. Looking forward to a good nights sleep.
