Groin guards by nature are irritating, this one is no exception but it is quality made. Don't move anywhere when sparring (muay thai ) and you'll forget you have it on once you get used to it. I've took a few blows to the nether regions and haven't even stopped sparring and I bought two separately so that speaks for itself

Quite a tight fit. Even after sizing up it still feels too snug. This isn't a boast. My appendage is slightly above average in size. I'm constantly adjusting it when playing sport. The quality is great.

Despite the fact that I purchased the correct size, the size of the cup is slightly small. It is not comfortable to wear for long periods of time.
