Replaced my old regulator and glad to have done so
Lives in the Chicago area and this is the 3rd replacement for my grill and best by far. the Gauge is a big plus instead of guessing. Does not leak and fut perfectly. Has it for close to a year so far and no complaints or drawbacks

Good Quality, Works Great
I've been using this consistently for a few weeks now, and it seems to be of good quality and works exactly as described and expected. Please read the install instructions as you don't want to use a wrench to tighten the nut (hand tighten only).

Perfect replacement for my old grill
Sooner or later, if your gas grill lasts a long time (like 10 years), the regulator is probably going to leak. This was the perfect replacement and all I needed was an adjustable wrench and 10 minutes.

Fit Weber Genesis Grill
This product comes with a standard hose end connector, so there is no worry that it won't fit the standard bib in a propane grill. I like the integral fuel gauge to tell me what's left in the tank; it is a convenient feature if your tank doesn't come with one. It is easy to install and works well.

Less likely to break, gauge is added plus
I turned on my grill the other day, but it wouldn't light. Turned out the rubber hose was broken nearly in half. Best guess is grease dripped on it, and some animal chewed it. That won't happen with this: I can't imagine any animal chewing the steel braid. I could have gotten a cheaper braided one, but the gauge this one comes from solved another problem: knowing when the tank is empty. Yes, you can weigh the tank, but I don't bring a scale outside to do that, and lifting it gives only a rough idea. Two problems solved!

Wrong end connector to grill hook-up, look at brass end closely.
Check the attachment end to the grill. This particular item has a lip that stands out and I could barely get it to hook-up. I finally was able to after a time, but the gauge didn't show any propane? However, I got the burners to light up. I disconnected it and bought another one paying close attention to the end fastener to the grill (I hadn't taken the old one off before buying this one)...different connectors. My bad in not doing that first and seeing the tiny difference. Wrong fit. Bought another one, within 5 minutes hooked up and ready. This item my be for a "firepit" burner, not sure? It didn't work with my Char-Broil grill connection. So item might be okay, just not for what I needed.
