Bought this for my daughter's "glow" birthday party here in a few weeks.The sign itself is made of a thin but nice quality fabric. It has grommets at each corner. I'm a little disappointed that it is wider than it is long, and not a square like in the picture. That being said, it is still really nice and has some string included for hanging it up.The balloons are nice, and they also come with some string, or maybe that is thin tape? Not completely sure as I didn't want to open up the balloon bag until the party.Very happy with this item overall, and I'm sure it will look nice on the wall for her party.
