Q: Is this cabin hook 300mm as advertised or 200mm as reviewed?

The two hooks we have are certainly 300mm though in fact the overall length is more lie 310mm from wall plate including universal joint. They still look very smart after several years outside. I can certainly recommend them. UC

Q: Is the finish suitable for outdoor use and is the brass unlaquered?

They are manufactured from solid brass and then lacquered. The lacquer will eventually break down over time if used outside and the brass will tarnish but not rust. Brass can be fully restored after tarnishing with the popular brasso product.

Q: I am buying this to replace another. Please confirm the distance between the screws so i can check if it will fit. Thanks

For the Zoo Hardware ZAB85, the distance between the screw holes is 28mm
