The batteries are not 9 Volt so its more economical to maintain.
The item comes with batteries already installed, just a plastic tab to remove. The case is of good quality with a stretching velco holder. It works well on first testing. It will be used to treat with an electrical issue in a few days time.

It works but not the BEST fit.
Nice product but I wish the internal fixation straps would better accommodate the size and shape of the very product they advertised for correct fit. It works and will keep my tools in good shape, but I would have preferred a better fit.

Great product
Thus far great quality, ease of storage, and durability. Fits my Klein VDV500-820 like a glove, and have that additional storage in the zipper portion.

Good case. Not for Klein Tools VDV500-920
Solid case. Please note the Klein Tools VDV500-920 tone and probe will not fit in this case. The probe is too long. I didnt read the description clearly and purchased this case. I'm not returning it because i found another ise for it.

Ooh man this is the CASE for $30... I wanted the tester and thought I had found a deal. The Case is of good quality and completely empty devoid of any tools that I now have to order. You win this round Amazon
