I use this as a Bible Journal. Excellent quality. Binder opens flat so it's easy to write on front or back of the paper. The pre-numbered pages are a great convenience. Hard cover makes writing easy. Pocket inside the back cover is convenient for misc papers. The Content index on the first 4 pages is also excellent for organization. Good product that arrived in good condition. Highly recommend as a journal, Bible Journal, health/fitness journal or note taking. Well made product. I chose the B5 item with 10" x 7.08" paper, which is a perfect size for my use as it is similar in size to my iPad. I now have 3 of these notebooks in various colors to help with organization. The colors I have purchased are true to colors presented on the Amazon site. So far, paper has not bled even when using various ink pens. Holds up to pencil pressure. There is some bleed-through when using a medium point Sharpie, but not with fine point liquid ink felt marker. Good product.

Nice notebook. Great for journaling. The paper is not thin and ink does not bleed through the paper. The binder is sturdy and protects the pages within. I highly recommend.
