These straps seem well made and seem strong enough to last a long time. I use them often and love how they brighten up and match the other components in my yoga space. My big feet actually fit into the straps and are easy to hold without stress on my hands. The straps are comfortable, even with bare feet, don't stretch out of shape and are long enough for my 5'8" body. I feel like getting two for what some stores might charge for one, is a good value for me. If I ever needed another set, I would order these again.

This is a great add to my surgery recovery. It definitely helps to stretch out my calves and allows me the versatility of continuing my PT at home. The different straps her to insure I have different stretches available. It also comes with a handy stretching guide. It rolls up fairly small and can be used for travel as well.

When I received this strap, I liked that different exercises were on the outside of the box it came in. The strap is very sturdy and can handle a good tug. I have been using it to stretch before and after the gym. I have enjoyed using the strap. I recommend it for anyone going to the gym or undergoing physical therapy using these straps to do the exercises at home. I'm glad to have found it at a decent price for the great quality. I'll update after some more time of use but overall great.

Don’t know anything about yoga, but this strap helped immensely with my at home physical therapy after knee replacement surgery. Just like the ones in the therapist’s office.

My physical therapist has me doing some stretches using one of these. I wanted one at home and this works perfectly for helping me getting better hamstring and quad stretches.

I ordered this strap because my husband was about to have knee surgery and I knew he would need one at home for physical therapy exercises. This strap is also good as a general aid for stretching.

I love this! I don’t need anyone to help me stretch now. I can use these to pull my legs back as far as I want. Perfect . Strong and sturdy.
