I like the layout and the quality
I find it easier to track my workout results and it’s a strong well made book

Good quality
I've never been one to use a workout book, I'm four days in to the book and it's been helping me stay on track, the apps I would download always had ads and caused me to get sidetracked. The book itself is very high quality and feels good. Would recommend.

Great fitness journal
I love the layout of this journal. It’s exactly what I was looking for to track my workout routine. Its setup is intuitive and easy to complete. Now if I could remember to take it with me when I need it, that would be great. Lol. Good for beginners and beyond. Great find and giftable for that fitness friend :)

it's a pretty good workout journal
This is a nice workout journals. It has all of the basic sections for different information to record over a six month workout period. But if you workout less than everyday, it'll probably span out over 9 months to a years.The journal has a good thick cardboard shell with an elastic strap to keep it closed to prevent loose paperwork from falling out or the journal flopping open on a bag and getting messed up. It has a pocket in the back cover for those same said loose paper items. And it has a little ribbon bookmark for quick indexing.There are different sections for writing down information, stats, goals, workouts, notes, and a blank calendar section near the back. Not much for a good note section in the back either. Just a couple of pages. A pen holding tab or spot would have been a nice addition. And even though the front and back covers are very solid a lighter plastic cover would make it more flexible for packing in a bag and the covers are just going to get wrecked as is with constant use and abuse.4 stars for being pretty good but with room for improvement.

Amazing for the Price!
Although the layout is pretty standard (which is not a bad thing), this journal is everything I wanted in an incredible price! I always look for hard cover and spiral bound, so I'm glad more journals are moving towards this.Get it!

Just What You Need: 8 &1/2x6" Spiral Workout Journal - Bodybuilding/Exercise Log/Fitness Tracker
This is the spiral workout journal/log/tracker that is easy to use/read.I've tried many others that were way too complicated to use and keep track with.Each of the tracking/log pages (136) has space for date/duration info, water, sleep, weight, 8 exercises/6 sets, 3 cardios- time/distance/calories burned, & nutrition- protein/fat/carbs/supplements, and room for rating the day & notes.There are also pages for: body measurement page/tracker/diagram, goal setting, personal records, progression tracking, personalized calendar, exercise list, and note pages.The paper is 120 GSM, it has a back pocket, elastic-band closure, and place-keeping ribbon.I've just started setting this up, and it is nice how uncomplicated it is to use.I will get another when I fill this one up.
