We love this stuff. I finally got my 22" Blackstone griddle I have been wanting as an early B'day gift. My hubby carried the grill outside and I did the seasoning it says to do before use. You only use a Tbsp. for my size grill. I followed directions carefully and I did 5 times. It was very easy to use. Just spread it as evenly as you can coating it all. It will smoke like crazy so stand back while it burns off, then repeat 3-5 times. Our griddle is ready to use and seasoned great. Keep doing a layer after each use and your griddle will become non stick. So don't get frustrated if things stick at first. Very versatile as you can also use this in your cast iron skittles.
