Not if it requires Mercon LV fluid swap out 4 qts of new Motorcraft LV before trying an additive! Maybe their platinum fluid treatment will work but haven't used it myself for an LV trans.

Can I use this on a 2007 expedition?

Yes as long as it takes Mercon V it will give the fluid back it's additives. This isn't so much of a fix in a can as a treatment to keep the fluids fresh! It does help with sticky valves and hard shifts etc ,but won't fix a broken part!
