I am editing the review and this will be the final one. This bar has great toughness and strength. Its been more than 6 months and am still using it. But this bar is great for chinups and can be used for incline/ decline pushups. when you try to do the pullups. The grip on the bar is not that good. Usually your hands must be 2 to 4 inches apart from the basic shoulder width to get proper execution of pullups and lats activation. This bar gives some extra unnecessary load on the front delt of shoulders which may gice rise to injuries if not taken care of. But for Chinups it is great to use and even lower abs workout. Slovic should improve the design particularly for the pullups.

I think weigh capacity and it's durability was bad and as well as adjustment is also the big issue Apart from that if you don't have any area where you can adjust the bar kindly don't order . Personally it is very problematic to do the right adjustment alone .
