Q: Whenever we start playing music the iLoop setting is on -- we have to go to play all again to get it to play more than 10 seconds, how can I fix this?

check to see if center icon is set to - loop (I). this is a preview/search setting and plays only a short segment of the song. Press top button (menu) and go to - play setting - play mode - and change to repeat all All fixed.
