Haven't observed any side effects yet cuz using it for more than a month as of today. Taste as per your liking for apre workout. Doesn't give you that much of the pump cuz pump comes only when you pull weight for considerable days not in a day or 2. Indeed gives you slightly more energy when it comes to pulling weight esp during the initial period

Doesn’t mix properly

I've been using this 2gms per day for a week before workout and I've to tell that it is very useful in getting those pumps before workout. The vasodilation is good enough for muscle pump. It helps in adding those extra reps
