Absolutely love this umbrella! I was looking for something large enough to cover our entire patio seating area, and this 13ft umbrella definitely delivers. It provides a massive amount of shade during the day, which is exactly what we needed to comfortably sit outside. The crank mechanism is smooth and easy to operate, even for an umbrella of this size. What really surprised me, though, are the solar-powered LED lights. They charge up automatically during the day and give off such a nice, cozy glow at night—perfect for relaxing outside after dinner without having to run an ugly extension cord. The fabric feels thick and durable. Just a quick tip: because it is so large, make sure you buy a heavy-duty base to keep it stable on windy days.

We’ve been using this umbrella for a week now and couldn’t be happier. It’s sturdy, easy to set up, and the quality is excellent. The lights are what really sold me. Fast shipping. Cute lights on umbrella, But quality is poor. Umbrella material is super flimsy. Trying to return and have had an awful experience. This has never happen to us before when buying thru Amazon. Super bummed. Seller tried not sending us a shipping label, then continues daily to offer us amounts they will credit back to our account so we don't need to return, but we spent a lot of money and we don't want the product. We want to get something of better quality. Buyer beware. Still trying to get a return label and once we do praying they actually refund us and it doesn't take months.

It will not turn on! I have done everything I can think of to get it to power up and turn on at night. It’s been direct charging, and solar. None of the power buttons are responsive. Update - got ahold of the company and after doing some troubleshooting they determined that it was broken. They shipped me out a new umbrella and it works great. Very satisfied with thier customer service and I’ve updated my review.

This 13ft umbrella is absolutely huge and perfectly covers my outdoor dining table. The crank lift system works incredibly smoothly, making it super easy to open and close. My absolute favorite feature is the solar-powered LED lights—they create a wonderful ambiance at night, and the color-changing option is a fantastic bonus. We recently purchased this outdoor porch swing and paid an additional $99.99 for delivery. I understand this is a large and heavy package, but unfortunately the product arrived with several quality control issues. First, one of the metal bars that needs to slide into another bar was deformed. Instead of being round, the end was bent almost square, so the parts could not fit together. We considered requesting a return, but because this is such a large and heavy item, I decided to carefully reshape the metal myself using pliers and a cloth to avoid damaging the finish. I was eventually able to make it round enough to assemble, but this should not be necessary on a new product. Second, the assembly manual is very poor and unclear. It made the assembly process much more difficult than it should have been. Third, one bolt was missing. This bolt is used to secure the swing in the bed position. That points to poor factory quality control, because all required parts should be checked before shipping. Finally, there is an issue with the canopy adjustment mechanism. One side does not align properly with the tooth/locking system. It seems like one of the matching parts may have been installed in the wrong direction or that two identical parts were used instead of mirrored left/right parts. As a result, the canopy does not lock evenly on both sides and can look slightly twisted. To be fair, once assembled, the swing is heavy, stable, and comfortable. Two adults around six feet tall can lie on it, which is a positive point. However, for a product at this price, plus $99.99 delivery, the quality control and assembly experience were disappointing. Because we already spent the time fixing and assembling the product instead of returning such a large item, we would like to request a partial refund or compensation for the inconvenience and the defects.
