I used my cube for months of afternoon pomodoro sessions, and other timing. I came to rely on it and would pop it into my backpack in its protective pouch. So when it was working like this, I was an absolute superfan: it really made a difference.And then suddenly one afternoon, it stopped working. Completely. No error state, no lights, and it wasn't the charging. I even charged it for a full day with its cable in case it didn't have the residual charge to report it was charging. I dropped a support message to the Seller, and heard back quickly. They were able to replace the unit with a fully working new unit. I'm back to time tracking with it!Maybe my experience is unusual, maybe not. But when it works it is more intuitive and useful than any other productivity / interval timers I have used. And when it doesn't work, it seems to be able to go to a completely inert state with no means of resetting it or reactivating it, even with extensive experiments with charging cables to make sure the Tick Time cable hadn't failed. So make sure to contact the seller immediately if this happens in case you can get a swift replacement.

Using this thing is amazing! And as someone who is into industrial design, this thing is beauty to fiddle with and use. I'm obsessed, I love that it is a very interactive flip experience which makes you set timers in seconds (pun intended) without thinking, rather then too fiddle with knobs and think about the time length, this thing has it preset, its just so much less thinking for me especially for someone who has on overloaded brain. Also the timer being reset when moved forces you to not fiddle with the timer once set, overall this is an amazing productivity timer with a beautiful aesthetic.

I was looking for a physical pomodoro timer and this was what I decided to try. It's a high price point and I don't think it packs the value for it. I ended up wanting to use this as a fidget device which was bad because it was so sensitive it kept pausing the timer with slight movements. While I did like the pomodoro timer it had a lot that could be improved on. I wanted to try and change the position of the timer for visibility but anyone slight change in angle resets the timer. No pause or anything so my 3 rounds of pomodoro timing would reset to 0. I think this functions more as a regular timer than a pomodor timer, thus making it super expensive for what it is. The display would also sometimes bug out with the number display. This is a great way to stay on task, especially if you have ADHD, or catch yourself daydreaming or your mind wandering when working on a project. This has also sped up my timeline to get papers written for school, and made me more efficient at work. It's pricey for what it is I feel like, but overall I think it's worth it and I'm glad I spent the money on it.

If you have any considerations on buying this product just do it. You will be able to see how long those tasks really take you. And there's a 1 minute side I recommend using for just putting your toe in the water of things you don't want to do. If you do office work like accounting or programming this will really help you out.

It is good as a timer, very easy to use and quick.However, the main reason I bought this timer was to use it as a Pomodoro timer, and for Pomodoro, it has some issues. If you turn the clock up, for pause, when you turn it back down (to resume) it MANY times doesn't continue the Pomodoro but actually starts a 5min time, losing your progress. And, it doesn't allow you to skip something, so you cannot go back to where you were.Overall, a good clock, a good timer, but if you buy this for Pomodoro you will have to do it manually.All that together, I think it is a good timer, but overpriced for what it is, and disappointing for Pomodoro.

Main use is for the home gym for timed AMRAP (as many reps as possible) workouts. Requirements were:Easy to use (rotating cube with presets what could be easier) - passCustomisable time mins:secs - passAlarm and mutable - passLong battery life - passDesign is a rotating cube which when placed on one of four sides shows the time counting down on the front face. Front face display matrix allows it to always be right side up. Pressing the top face of the cube allows you to increase the time in increments of that value.Only downside was this was more expensive than other timers but it is the one I kept.

I bought this mostly for personal productivity. I now use it for exercise, cooking, and free writing projects. The alarm has different levels and there is a vibration setting, too. The numbers are easy to read when I don't have my glasses on, and there is an easy-to-reach Pomodoro setting.

This timer gives me multiple options: 1 min, 3 min, 5 min, 10 min and we can increment multiple times the time, just pause it ans restart it.

The media could not be loaded.  I love this. I first learned about the Pomodoro technique some years ago. It's a clever way to make sure that you work at pretty much maximum intensity without burnout, but you do have to time yourself.This little timer gives you a ton of configurable options, but the thing I like most is that you just flip it to the time you want and it starts timing immediately. You can also set the exact times you want if the pre-configured ones don't suit you.I show it in use in the video I've uploaded here and you can see how tiny it is. It's a very cute looking device, but that does not detract from its usesfulness. I love it. I especially like the fact it's rechargeable - I hate having to look for batteries!

This timer in particular does precisely what I have always setup on my phone or an app. Set a fixed time, watch the seconds go by and shoot away to writing, cleaning, fixing etc.This time is so cute! It comes in tiny size that fits in the palm of my hands and even fits into my pocket. The time comes with a nifty carry bag and a USB-C charging cable. From all the numbers, symbols and buttons, the timer looks intimidating. I tried using it without reading the instructions and was soon baffled by the various functions.To much relief, this time keeps things simple yet stylish. The time has a cool touch interface whereby whichever side you flip it on, the written amount of minutes get set! For instance, you can flip it to the one minute, 5 minute or 10 minute face- just flip and the you see the timer go. Better yet, the timer has buttons on the button allowing you adjust the time volume between loud, quiet and vibrate. You can also set your own custom timer using the minutes and seconds buttons.I've been using this compact timer on my desk and found myself racing through much work. A timer can do wonders when it comes to honing into productivity mode. I cannot help but do something when I see those seconds flash by.

Nachdem mir meine Tochter von der Pomodoro-Methode erzählt hat, die ihr hilft, ihre Produktivität durch eine genau abgegrenzte Abfolge von Aktivitäts- und Ruhephasen zu steigern, habe ich mir vorgenommen, das auch einmal zu versuchen ... ja, genau, das altbekannte "Irgendwann" ... und bin auf diesen kleinen Würfel gestoßen. Halt, da war doch etwas! Genau, Pomodoro! Nun, dann will ich's doch auch einmal probieren: Bestellt!Erster Eindruck: das Würfelchen kommt in einer hochwertigen, liebevoll gestalteten Kartonverpackung. Die Bedienungsanleitung ist mehrsprachig, auch Deutsch ist dabei. Wenn auch ein Deutsch, das von geringer Sachkenntnis beredtes Zeugnis ablegt ("Tomatenbearbeitungsmethode"). Zusätzlich ist auch ein gefütterter Kunststoffbeutel dabei; praktisch für den Transport in Rucksack oder Tasche.Ein USB-Ladekabel liegt bei; kein Netzteil, aber das Würfelchen braucht nur relativ selten eine Aufladung, da ist es verschmerzbar. Sowohl Design als auch Ausführung des Ticktime Cubes sind sehr hochwertig. Was mir als Haustechniker der Familie natürlich sofort auffällt: keine Schrauben. Wie man im Fall eines Akkutods zerstörungsfrei hineinkommen soll ... keine Ahnung. Ich finde ja, dass vier kleine Schräubchen die Formschönheit nicht zerstören würden. Grundsätzlich ist es jedenfalls ein wirklich schönes Designteil.Der Cube Timer kennt verschiedene Countdown- und Count-Up-Modi, die durch Drehen des Timers umgeschaltet werden. Witzig, aber sehr nützlich, ist dabei, dass sich die Anzeige mitdreht. So ist es sehr einfach, Countdowns für 1, 3, 5 oder 10 Minuten starten zu lassen. Um das jeweilige Basismaß zu vervielfachen, ist auf jeder Ebene ein kleiner Sensor angebracht; durch Antippen kann die Zeit bis zum Sechsfachen verlängert werden. Ein langer Druck schaltet den zweiten auf der jeweiligen Seite aufgedruckten Timer ein.Damit ist eine recht flexible Küchenuhr gegeben; die Rückseite ist magnetisch, man kann ihn also beispielsweise an der Kühlschranktür fixieren. Ob man mit Gepiepse oder Vibration daran erinnert werden möchte, die Eier aus dem Wasser zu holen, kann man sich aussuchen. Man kann auch frei wählbare Countdowns für bis zu 100 Minuten konfigurieren; das ist halt mit etwas mehr Handarbeit verbunden. Countups in verschiedenen Ausprägungen sind auch sehr einfach zu aktivieren; man merkt, dass eine Menge Arbeit in das Design des Cubes gesteckt wurde.Der Pomodoro-Modus, der meine Neugier geweckt hatte, lässt sich recht einfach aktivieren. Ob er meine Produktivität wirklich steigern kann, bleibt abzuwarten. Ich gebe ihm einmal eine faire Chance. Kaufempfehlung wenn man durchdachtes Design sowie vielfältige Timermöglichkeiten zu schätzen weiß.
