30 sec install works perfectly if you have sync 3.0
Installed in 30 seconds, in my 2016 mustang gt performance package. I confirmed I had sync 3.0 then ordered it . Arrived the next day on a Sunday… installed , and bam . Apple car play works .

I was a little worried at first, but took a chance. Took about 3 minutes to swap out in my 2016 Mustang GT and worked perfectly in startup. It should be noted as a reminder to anyone trying to use this for Apple CarPlay to make sure your SYNC 3 is at least version 3.0.
