Needed a couple of inline couplers for extending Ethernet runs, and these did exactly what they’re supposed to do. The connections are snug, the latch holds tight, and I’m getting full speed through them with zero drop in performance. No wiggle, no random disconnects, no cheap-feeling internals. They’re rated for everything from Cat5e through Cat8, and so far they’ve handled high-speed traffic without any issues at all. Simple, reliable, and way better than some of the flimsy couplers I’ve used in the past. If you need a clean, low-profile way to join two cables without sacrificing performance, these are a solid buy. Would get them again without hesitation.

As a person that can be paranoid about buying any networking products, I tore down this connector and validated there are no chips on the PCB. Just traces linking the connections from one side to the other. The housing is also very sturdy and was pretty hard to pry apart, which speaks to the quality of the construction.

Work great. No issues using them. No failures, loss of speed or data.

These connectors worked like a charm. I easily lengthened several of my shorter CAT5E cables to enable me to plug my computer into my POE Switch which was in another room (about 40 feet away). Happy i didn't have to purchase an additional longer cable because I used what I had. Great little connector to have on hand. (6 are in the package - price is right)
