Let me start off by saying that I’ve never used exercise bands before. Therefore, I don’t really have anything to compare these to. That said, they were great! there are five different strengths: extra light to extra strong. They seem like strong, sturdy bands. I can definitely tell the difference in the tension between the bands. They came in a nice little carrying case and as an added bonus, there was a little booklet that had some different types of band exercises you could do. That was helpful! So all in all, these were exactly what I was looking for and so far I’m happy with my purchase! I will update if anything changes.

I got what they offered in the description. I really liked that it comes with a small bag to store the bands and a booklet with 20 exercises. I could notice that the resistance of the bands varies between x light, which feels very thin, and x heavy, which feels thicker to the touch. The thickness of the band changes as it indicates its resistance. I haven't used them yet but since I'm a beginner I don't have anything to compare them with.

Great price, the only thing I don’t like is that they’re a little too wide. Would have preferred them be smaller. I’m 5’2 with a small frame so I definitely need to have a square stance or greater. Otherwise, they will fall to my ankles.

I needed bands to continue my exercises after physical therapy. These are a great price and are perfect for my busy schedule. I travel often and the storage bag is fabulous for keeping these together in one place!

You get a good workout with these. And there’s an instructional workout booklet inside, too. I’ve learned many new ways to exercise

Fun to play with.. Yet not thick enough in width..

The leg strap resistant keeps legs together to help make work outs easier. keep them straight on the legs. they are comfortable wear leggings with them.. doing squats with them or any leg exercise with them makes it a lot easier specially when doing leg lunges..

I was looking for an inexpensive option and these give a good variety of resistance for a great price
