We ordered this battery as a back up. The original battery has a touch screen to change motor speed. This replacement has an actual button that you press that would was not entirely compatible with our vacuum model. It works but does not change the motor speed as intended. Customer service reached out with resolution. The vacuum is the best vacuum I’ve ever owned. Because of the outstanding customer service we will be purchasing an additional vac for another area of our house. 5 star experience.

Worked great as a replacement, if your battery goes out I recommend this one.

The battery I purchased and sent for my vacuum was not compatible with the version of Kalado vaccum I have. And my defective old battery has better suction power but cuts off after six minutes of use on a full charge, hence the reason for a "replacement".It was shipped via Amazon. US from Kalado. I cannot use my vacuum or replacement battery as the suction force is non-existent... Customer service is not what people are saying on here...

2025 update…I had purchased an additional battery when I bought the vacuum. Both batteries have been working fine for almost 2 years. Today I put in the additional battery I call it number two, it is fully charged, but when I turn the vacuum on all it does is flash the lines on the display. It does not turn on.I have a message into Customer Service because I could not find anything in the manual that matched this condition. I will add an update to this review when I hear back from Customer Service.2023…you charge it. you use it. Duh.But even good rechargeable will die one day.so far so good, i just started using it in my stick vacuum.I’ll review it again in a few years and let you know how it worked out.

Got this battery for my vacuum. Same model number as described here. Battery bay came was different than I had. The speed button was an actual button rather than touch sensitive. Battery fit. But it only worked at low speed.I contacted support and they sent me the correct battery.Odd they didn’t change model numbers for incompatible products. I took off once star because of the hassles of dealing with that.Battery works just as good as original.
