Nice jug, much better than a plastic one. It looks good and it's easy to clean. It gathers much less limescale than the plastic one.

Absolutely love this new water jug. So much better than the plastic ones. Easy to fill. Has a light to show when to change filter I won’t go back to the old ones now. Glass makes water taste better as well

The filter removes the terrible taste of city tap water and works quickly. This alone makes it a worthwhile buy. The glass part of the jug feels quite thin and flimsy though and this is not good considering the price of this jug vs the classic plastic one. The internal part of the jug once assembled is also made of plastic so that might be an issue for some.

Great improvement on the all plastic jug.. Easy to keep clean and water tastes great. Also don't have to descale kettle or coffee machine anywhere near as frequently. If you have a coffee machine you need one of these. Only drawback is it doesn't fit easily in the fridge door. Doesn't bother me but other family members would prefer that.

The idea is buying glass & moving away from plastic but still is partly plastic but a nice design and definitely less plastic..

The quality of this glass water filter jug is fantastic it’s easy to set up & use for everyday fresh filtered tap water.

Does the job and looks good. Got it at a reduced price, I don't think that it would have been worth the money at full price, well I definitely wouldn't have paid full price for it

This is advertised as a "Glass" jug, but about 40% of it is PLASTIC. Whilst the main jug is indeed glass, the large Filter Funnel inside which holds the cartridge is pure plastic. So what's the point of buying this? I was looking for a GLASS water filter product, to avoid ingesting micro-plastic particles into my body. If the inner filter funnel is all plastic, it is constantly going to be in contact with the water, defeating the whole purpose of buying this in the first place. This product is ill-conceived, overpriced and NOT even a 90% glass product. It is also disappointingly small, not as large as many other Brita Plastic Jugs. I don't want to have to refill it several times a day. Many people have pointed out that it is fragile. I can't comment on that. It does look quite pretty AND IS ELEGANT. BUT USELESS. I trusted Brita so I did not read the negative comments. before buying this. I assumed it would be made of glass. Having unpacked it and checked it, it is now back in its carton to be returned. Waste of time and money. Sorry Brita, as a reputed and trusted company, surely you can do better? I don't want to dump more dissolved micro-PLASTICS into my body. I am surprised that BRITA do not answer to any of the reviews, especially the critical points raised by so many purchasers.

Aparte del excelente servicio de Amazon en la rapidez de envío de este y todos los productos de los que se encargan, la jarra Brita de cristal me ha impresionado en positivo. Después de pensarlo mucho, me decidí por comprar esta jarra de filtrado de agua tanto por las reseñas como por el historial de la marca. La jarra Brita de cristal no solo ha cumplido con lo prometido (material principal de cristal y el del filtro libre de BPA y sostenible, así como sensor de luz para advertir del rendimiento del filtro), sino que además el agua, una vez seguidas las instrucciones y llenado la primera jarra para el consumo, es de un sabor excelente, totalmente cristalina y libre de cualquier dureza o sabor a cloro. Teniendo en cuenta que la ciudad en la que vivo es una donde el agua de red es más dura y está más clorada, el éxito de filtrado de Brita es más que sobresaliente. 10 de 10 para la jarra Brita de cristal y la enhorabuena a los fabricantes, diseñadores y todos sus empleados en general.

Zajmuje mniej miejsca niż dzbanek plastikowy, bo ma okrągła a nie owalną podstawę. Wskaźnik poziomu zużycia filtra świeci w momencie pochylenia dzbanka, więc nalewając wodę do czajnika dowiadujemy się, czy trzeba wymienić filtr. Moim zdaniem czujnik jakoś szacuje ilość zużytej wody, bo zmiana koloru nie ma związku z czasem. Jeżeli to prawda, to mogli się pochwalić SI w dzbanku.
