Works perfectly
Looked great the first 2 months then the whole right side blinker/white light stopped working altogether. Easy to install when you know what you’re looking for. Adhesive is still sticking great tho and the brightness was on point when it did work Edit: they sent a new one (free of charge) and it’s been working perfectly for the past few months, no issue. Easier to install since it was my second time, and the brightness was still on point.

Lasted 7 Months…
Ordered July 10,2025 > Light strip no longer works Jan 12, 2026. Get power to the strip just no longer illuminates..was great while it worked, nice and bright. Update - bumped it to 4 stars as the seller reached out after seeing my post and offered a replacement. I had already replaced it with another so dont need the refund but i did discover it was not the light strip that failed but the control unit. When i opened it to see if i could notice anything burned out but there was moisture in the unit even thought it was mounted up high near the fuse box in the engine bay. The new one i installed is in the same location but i put a layer of electrical tape around the control box this time just in case. 👍 Products fail, it happens but when a seller reaches out based on a review thats 5 star in my book.

Looks nice on dark
I'm gonna give 4 stars now because I just installed it today. The installation is kinda tricky, but to big deal. First, the factory glue is not that sticky and looks like is not gonna hold a hot day on summer time, I added my on double tape (alien tape thick). Instructions in the video are very vague and not helpful at all, the paper is good but also confusing a little bit. I didn't install the directionals since I don't really care but maybe in the future. Hope it last

Controller has Issue - Now 6 months later 1/4 of LEDs are out... :-(
The controller does work when it wants driving, it almost seems as if it has to "charge up" to properly blink. Blinks great when engine off and hazard lights are on. With a black truck at night and making stops this is very nice to have as it make a black truck that "disappears" in the dark visible and I don't have to leave it running. However I have lost about a 1/4 of the LEDS on the passenger side after only 6 months, and it even looks as if a couple of the LEDs actual shorted out as it has what looks like burn marks on the inside kind of like old Christmas lights did when they blew out. I am hoping the company sees this and contacts me as I like it and I get a lot of comments about it..... :-( I have installed these they are fairly straight forward, however my control has failed. It is not utilizing the amber blink function I have checked and rechecked wiring. I know its getting the correct signals from the turn lights but yet it has quit turning on with the blinkers. I have this completely installed, and tested. It was operating "correctly" however from the start there seem to be a glitch as the turn signal would revert back to white for a second and then go again. The timing was random i.e. it would do it every 3rd blink or 4 or 3 or 6. The white light and "start up" functions are working as expected. I just need a new control module that I can wire in to replace the one that I have to assume is faulty. Thanks Tom Bellomy

Looks awesome!
I wanted to add some front DRL lighting on my car and came across these LED hood strips. I thought it would look cool on my car and it does IMO. It adds s sort of more aggressive look to the front end at night, which is cool. I don't think it particularly made it looked "riced out", but it could be in some people's eyes. To me though, I think it looks nice. To each their own. It's been probably a couple weeks since I have had these now. So it has been through rain and a lot of heat. So far, it seems to be holding up well against the weather and I hope it keeps holding up for years. The one thing I did notice that doesn't seem to be good is that some parts of the LED strip seem to be getting more yellow versus the original more white color. For me, it is the outer parts of the LED strip while the inner part is still white. Maybe it's because I have those parts under pressure when I close the hood on the LED strip and rubber weather stripping. Either way, it is a bit weird. It isn't bad enough to where there is such a different it looks like the LED strip is not one piece though, so it's still good. Overall, if you want to add a modern look to your car, this does a nice job at it. The installation process will be tedious if you haven't worked with car wiring before, but it isn't so difficult that you must bring it to a shop to install (definitely not worth paying someone to do this). It took me maybe an hour to get this installed the way I wanted to, but that is also because I already had my turn signals and a switched ignition source already pre-wired and ready to be tapped into from my other DRL lights. If you don't have that done, expect to spend a couple hours in total from start to finish. It isn't quite a cake walk. At least the end result is good.

Instructions not found! Here are some!
So I gave 3 stars due to 2 reasons. 1. No Instructions really. They are terrible. The video is also poorly explained. 2. The Red active wire being far too short! These are now installed so hopefully they last and the DOT's or short-lived leds do not present themself. Instructions; 1. I advise planning out your LED strip placement and control box placement. If you want the control box accessible. Good look. Its probably not going to be accessable in your cars cabin. 2. Once happy with placement, stick down the LED Strip ***Note. There is a round edge and a flat edge. The round edge is where the LEDS shine through. Put the rounded side in the direction you want the lights. I would also suggest having hold of some double sided tape or 3M pads (like gorilla tape) to stick down the controller. 3. Find a bolt thats connected to the frame/body of the car. Avoid choosing a bolt connected to anything such as an oil pump, coolant container etc. Look for something on the outside connecting bodywork. Attach the Black Wire to that bolt (Unscrew a little, clamp around, screw is back down) 4. Put on your hazards. Find the turn signal bulb. Unplug it. If its the correct bulb, that headlight hazard should not be blinking anymore! 5. Using a fuse tester (I used my own so I dont know if the included one is any good) by plugging in the termal attached to a snap clip/crocodile clip and then clipping it to your cars body, press it in the various pins to the plug for your turn signal you just unplugged. If you find the correct pin, the tester will flash in sync with the hazards. 6. Each car will be different but for mine, I looked at the wires behind for the one corresponding to the correct pin, and jabbed in the yellow/blue wire shiv into the wire hole (for left and right as you are sitting in the car, blue is right, yellow is left) You will know you were successful if the strip begins to flash amber in sync with the hazards. The instructions say to splice/split this wire instead. I didnt like that idea so I chose to shove the shiv in instead. 7. Repeat for the other side. Now you should have the turn signals done! 8. Find your fuse box/es. Using the fuse tester, make sure the car is off and the hazards are no longer ticking and touch the tester to the fuse contacts. You want something that is NOT lighting up on either contact. 9. Once you have found one thats not lighting up. Look up your cars fuse diagram and make sure that fuse isnt for something like Fuel Pump/Air Bags/something important. The best ones to consider are things like Acc (Accessory) 10. Turn on the car, test the same fuse. It should light up the tester when on. 11. Turn off the car again. If the fuse taps fit (mine didnt) use that tested fuse (you can search how to use a fuse tap) 12. Using the fuse tap, insert the last red wire into the metal tube, squeeze the heck out of it with pliars. 13. Make it all neat, tape down things. Done. Test it. Should be off when off and on when on. NOTE! My cars hood fuse box (Honda CRV) didnt have anything to use. So I have to run the cable into the cabin. The red cable may as well have been an inch. So I had to get some more wire and daisy chain them together and then in addition, this does not come with mini fuse taps. Fortunatly I had a spare. I would also strongly advise being mindful of wire locations. You dont want them being too close to something moving or hot. They are thin and will not tolorate much abuse! Things you will/may need the instructions dont mention. 1. Pliars, 2. Double Sided tape 3. Extra Wire 4. Fuse taps for other sizes 5. Twist/Cable ties Hope this helps anyone whom felt the instructional video was poor and is struggling.

Half light is not working
I recently purchased a LED light strip for my truck in June and after about 2 months half of the lights had already stopped working. I am very disappointed with the quality and durability of this product. It seems that the lights are not long lasting, despite the reviews I originally read before purchasing. I would not recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable lighting solution for their vehicle.
