Detroit Axle - Front Control Arms Kit for 2012-2017 Hyundai Accent

Wonderful bundle package for front End. This was ordered for a 2004 Ram 1500 5.7 4X4 Detroit Axle designs parts to meet OE quality and specifications. Everything fit as designed with no problem. The only 5 star thing that I cant say is the sway bar link do not have grease fittings. I prefer any front in part to be serviceable. All other components were top. The customer service top notch if you have questions. I would recommend this company for price effective and above standard quality parts. Detroit axle has gained another customer. With thier affordable bundle packages it makes it easy to do rebuilds with quality parts. This for a 2004 Dodge ram 5.7 hemi 4x4

I was extremely impressed with company that sent the product. They were so helpful and quick to respond with issues we had with the product. Some parts were missing and we advised them the package came damaged and missing some parts. They asked for pictures and immediately sent the part that were missing. They advised the tracking so I can follow the package. They were the best company I have ever dealt with an issue. The parts are perfect and product is great.

I would of given it 5 stars - because of Excellent fitment and quality . However they did not provide replacement cam bolts. As you will need to cut the bolts off of the aft control arm and you will need to purchase them from Tesla as they are cammed bolts to then reinstall those bolts backwards - watch YouTube. Other than that I am happy

The Parts came on time I think a day early I was so excited to see the Amazon guy Big smiles.. I opened the boxes. I’ve already had the car taken apart.(FJ, Toyota.) They went on so easy happy with the results. Thank you Amazon.

Again another great purchase from this company. Got my ball joints brought my vehicle to automotive shop had them put on and my vehicle is now very quiet thank goodness. The popping sound was awful before I got this new set.

Poor customer service, after verifying part through Amazon and their clarification process, ordered the suspension kit for my car. Upon replacing the lower control arm, identified wrong part was sent. Thought I would contact Detroit Axel directly, seeing only needed the control arms, thought this would be simple enough. They proceeded to tell me I ordered the wrong part (wrong, but okay), there would be a difference in cost for the control arms (understandable) and I would have to pay for shipping. Explained that this doesn’t make sense as I could simply return the whole item on Amazon and not pay anything and get full refund. They said there was no way around it, it’s policy. I asked to speak to a supervisor, apparently all supervisors are busy. I stated I would gladly wait, he was unwilling to do so. So, without further ado, I simply said I would return and you would lose me as a customer. I know they are a large company and I am just a small part of their income, but it’s a shame they would rather completely lose a customer than take care of them. So…. I highly suggest finding another avenue of parts, Carparts.com confirmed the right parts and will have them sent out for less!

Everything looked great. Solid packaging. Well wrapped to prevent shipping damage and the actual parts appear good quality. Shipping was faster than expected. The down side is that there is a left and right side and I recieved 2 right sides and no left side. I would love to have just the left side shipped but instead, Amazon refunded the whole amount and don't want anything shipped back. For some people this would seem to be a win, win situation. I feel it is a waste of good parts and money to do this. Now I ordered the kit again and hope I get both sides this time. Wish I could send the extra parts back but there is probably a very good reason why it is done this way. Still a waste and I don't like something for nothing or wasting someone elses money or parts. I'm giving it 5 stars because it is an honest mistake that can happen and not a quality issue.
