This oil is amazing, if you rub it on your back before you go bed you get such a relaxing sleep, it just relaxes your muscles really, specially after a workout.

I use it for knees shoulder and back pain…and anywhere that hurts. It works within 30 minutes, the menthol content often gives immediate relief from the cooling effect. The scent is strong but I use it in the morning and it’s gone by the time I get to work.
