Horrible
So few days ago I ordered this watch and the next day it arrived I took it out of the box and turned it on and then it told me to connect to and so I downloaded the app and tried connecting but it said no devices found I tried for 10 times and didn’t work I even watched a YouTube tutorial that did not help I really got sad an disappointed I was really looking farward to the watch and then I return it and they took it I haven’t gotten the refund since I need to use that money for me to buy another watch hopefully I get the refund and buy a nicer watch that actually works, don’t get me wrong the watch was great quality wise and software.but because of it being a faulty on I now have a stormy reputation about redmi and Amazon it complete sharers

Amazing smartwatch
this smartwatch is really smart. quick to setup and has everything I need on a smartwatch. also is very light and the battery is long lasting. but the best part of it which I'm really impressed about is the mic and speaker. all messaging apps work with notifications and answering calls and speak and hear from the watch directly with very good quality.

Connection issue
This watch if for sports, and mostly sports. It doesn't have that many other stuff. Plus, one of the two watches we ordered for my brothers ended up having a serious connection issue with smartphone, and the watch just won't ever start working or showing time without connecting to a phone first. But the working one is fine. Just lacks a few apps. It is purely meant for sport activities. I don't recommended this watch for kids, who want to play with a smartwatch
