This powder mixes up easily to a clean liquid with some foam if used with a shaker bottle or mixer. There is a tiny bit of sediment in the bottom even when vigorously mixed but otherwise is completely dissolved. The flavor is a nice natural tasting berry with a slightly strange aftertaste that leans on a beet taste but not too strong or bad. I notice an effect after about 20 minutes of taking this to where it feels like a small to medium boost in energy and pump. This definitely aids in a workout with a decent amount more blood flow to muscles and thus an increase in stamina and peak strength. With that though I do notice more body heat and sweat quite a bit more.The ingredients list is fairly solid with the only things I find questionable are the amounts of vitamin D and zinc. Vitamin D is fat soluble so can cause problems at high amounts. This powder contains 125% in 1 scoop. Zinc can cause imbalances of other vitamins at high amounts. This powder contains 227% in 1 scoop. There also is listed the values for 2 scoops but with the amounts in 1 scoop I would never go over that.

I’ve been bodybuilding since 2018, then added CrossFit workouts into my training. So post workout pain and/or DOMS is is part of the territory. A post recovery drink is essential to keep me active and ready for my next gym session. This supplement is a miracle and I am recovering faster. I take it almost every night and sleep like a baby.As far as the taste. It’s not overly sweet and overpowering. Definitely taste the beets juice and pomegranate. I also like that the ingredients are not vague and I don’t have to google them to understand it what I'm drinking. Magnesium, Zinc, Potassium, and vitamin D3 are commonly used ingredients and most people have heard of. Also as far as sport enthusiasts like myself, I’m familiar with L-Citrulline, L-Arginine, and L-Theanine.So in closing this is a great supplement with great ingredients. Good tasting and perfect for muscle recovery. Highly recommended and I’m seriously planning to buy another before this runs out.

I purchased NitroVitality on its initial launch (not thru Amazon) and I have to say that I really like the flavor. It has. Good balance between sweet and tart. Benefits wise I have seen a reduction in the frequency of my leg cramps thanks to the concentration of beetroot in the mix. I feel like I have more energy through the day. My husband has also seen a big improvement. I will definitely be buying this again.

We are very pleased with this product! Great taste, dilutes well in water. Doesn't have an over powering taste and isn't too sweet. Using Stevia instead of other sweetners is one reason we bought the product. This company is very trustworthy and reputable.
