Stone good paddle not so much!
The stones worked really well on our gas bbq. It does get really hot so for best results once the temperature was hot enough we reduced the direct heat so that the under side of the pizza didn’t burn. The paddle edge is too thick so when trying to scoop up the pizza it concertinaed - have invested in a metal slim lipped paddle with collapsing handle (for easy storage) which worked much better.

Authentic taste
Authentic taste from the bbq. Used a combination of charcoal and wood. Will get even better with experience. Would recommend so far.
