The vinyl does not spin when on bluetooth mode. the vinyl is not just decoration but is actually functional. you can buy vinyls for cheap at entertainmart and this works just like any traditional vinyl record players. My father in law loves this! If you put larget size vinyls, you have to keep the lid open

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this because Kate Bush released all her vinyl, and I have nothing to play them on. I’m not planning on collecting a bunch of vinyl again but I want to be able to listen to a few albums that I do buy. Jazz sounds good, the Cocteau Twins sounds awful. However, the Cocteau Twins sound awful. I’ll probably try hooking it up to a better speaker and see if that helps. But it’s a good beginner record player for someone who doesn’t have a huge collection. I may get a better one in the future.

I used this to play an ancient copy of "O Tannenbaum, Christmas on the Rhine" by Werner Mueller. Unfortunately, the record was damaged, but playable, so I was able to revisit a treasured Christmas memory. It played well.

This little record player is just what I needed to play some old vinyl records. The sound quality is great! Pleasantly surprised, for the price. I am not an expert and others may find it wanting but it is great for my purpose, and I am enjoying my music! Well packed to avoid scratches and looks very neat. Fast delivery. Very pleased with my purchase.

We have tried a couple different briefcase players but none compare! This takes up little space, works smoothly and projects high quality sound. We use this daily and have had no trouble at all with it!

After messing with this record player for a while I've noticed some issues with the output quality. When I have my phone connected to bluetooth and connect my monitors to the output of the player, there is a significant dropoff in the high frequencies compared to audio played directly from my phone to my monitors. There is also a slight buzz when the player is listening for audio and a loud pop when it starts and stops listening. Basically, if I start playing a song my speakers go from quiet to a loud pop and then a slight fuzz while the song plays. When the song is over and the audio stops, the fuzz continues for a few moments until the player stops listening and makes another loud pop. As a music producer, this cutoff of frequencies means that whatever record I am sampling will not only be lower quality from expected record issues such as dust, old needles, and warping/scratches, but it also won't have a full range of frequencies. I could excuse this issue if there weren't other problems with the cheap build of this player. When playing music through the built-in speakers there was a noticeable vibration near the back of the player. The inputs on the back weren't properly insulated or separated so when the speakers reached a certain volume they rattled against the plate holding them in place. I had to put a paper towel between the inputs and the plate to fix this issue. I knew I wasn't paying for build quality when I purchased this player but I did not expect poor audio quality from such a modern device. I'm pretty sure a better quality aux output would fix the frequency issues but I haven't been able to test this.

When the item was delivered first, the dust cover was cracked. The item was returned and replaced quite quickly but then I found that the lever was loose. The lever works sometimes but often doesn’t. The lever has to be dropped on the right place on the record manually. Should automatically drop on the edge of the record. Not happy to have bought it but not going to do anything because replacing it will not help

The media could not be loaded.  I've always wanted to buy an LP player. Finally decided to get this after reading the reviews, and I had no regrets at all! It works amazing, the sound output is very good and bluetooth feature is a bonus. Left out one star cos the LP spins in a wavy motion instead of spinning smoothly. But in all, it's a good buy!
