Compatible with other pumps, not just Medela!
I exclusively breastfeed my baby, but I'm an over-supplier so I need to pump at least 1 or 2 times a day on top of nursing. I also have a toddler and I'm about to go back to work from maternity leave. I knew I needed a solution to easily pump in the car to save some precious time (if you have 2 under 2, you know every moment counts lol!) I had tried pumping with my hands free bra and using the regular collection bottles, and if you've tried that you also know it's not fun. You can do it, but it's a pain and there's no way to be discreet. I don't exactly want to pull up to daycare drop off half dressed. 😂 I've used Momcozy pumps before and still had some from my first breastfeeding journey, but to my dismay the replacement parts for the one I had were no longer available. It was only 2 years since I bought the pump so I was pretty shocked they discontinued that quickly.... I had considered trying to order the cups for Elvie Stride and see if they would be compatible with my Motif or SpeCtra pumps, but they are $$$ and a ton of pieces to clean. Then I came across these! I was nervous they wouldn't work, but from what I can tell you can likely hook them up to any pump. You just plug the tubing you already have into the Medela adapters, and you're good to go! I've used these with my Motif Duo & Motif Luna with no issues. I pumped 10oz with the Luna on my commute today, with no leaks. Pros: • Seem to be compatible with any pump. • Holds a good volume, I had 6oz in one cup and not even close to overflowing. • Only 3 pieces to clean. • Can use with a regular stretchy/roomy bra, you don't need a special hand free pumping bra. • From a reputable and consistent brand, so replacement parts should be easy to purchase (as long as they don't get discontinued) • Easy to pour milk from • Flat bottom so you can set cups on the counter without spilling • I'm sensitive to EMF, and this is a way to have a hands free pumping experience without Bluetooth since you can connect to whatever pump body you prefer (Most of the wearables on the market now connect to an app and have to use Bluetooth) Cons: • They aren't small -- you will have Dolly Parton boobs while wearing. Not a collection cup you could wear with nobody noticing. • There are a couple spots where small amounts of milk can get stuck - but I've had this problem with any wearable I've tried. • The plastic parts can be hard to detach for cleaning, I keep my nails short but if you have long nails I think it might be a challenge to get them open. • Only 24mm and 21mm flange sizes - most moms are smaller. I had to order 18mm adapters from Maymom but they were affordable and work perfectly with these cups. I'm a huge fan of these, I'm thankful for Medela making these collection cups as an option. I hope to see other pump manufacturers follow suit, as this is a way more affordable option than buying a whole new pump. :)

9/10 Recommeneded!
I don’t usually leave reviews, but as a first time mom with big boobs, I had to say something about this pump. I was so skeptical because most pumps don’t work for us busty girls, but this one understood the assignment. It’s super easy to use, only three parts to clean, and it’s not bulky at all. The collection cups come with 21 and 24 sizes, so no extra inserts needed. The pump does need to stay plugged in, so you’ll still be seated while using it, but my hands are free with the collection cups. I can hold my baby, play with her, or just relax while I pump. I pump six times a day and already see my supply going up. Definitely big boob approved and perfect for first time moms trying to figure it all out like me. Only thing I’ll say is be careful leaning forward because the spout isn’t covered, but other than that it’s a win for me.

Simplest and best design ever!
I love these things, they’ve made such a huge difference in my life as someone who exclusively pumps 7-8 times a day. I use them with Medela tubing and a Spectra S1 pump, and when I put my pump in a little backpack I can pretty much do whatever I need to around the house, including picking up and caring for my baby and toddler. I have used regular flanges from both Spectra and Medela, PumpinPals silicone flanges, and the Legendairy Milk collection cups, and these are by far my favorite option. Simple Design: only three parts, super quick and easy to clean and assemble. I can put these together in less than 10 seconds. Effective: I don’t get the loss of suction I had with the Legendairy collection cups, these get me the same output as my regular flanges. Leakage: I can pretty much go about my day normally with these on and not worry about moving or bending. There IS a small hole in the top for pouring the milk out, and if you bend over super far (especially if you produce a lot of milk) it can leak out the top, but it’s only happened to me one time when I really bent far. Discreet: these definitely show up under your clothes, and especially if you have a large chest they will look like a separate little boob on top of your boob. But they’re a more natural shape than the Legendairy ones, and they’re definitely more discreet than regular flanges. I wouldn’t walk in the grocery store in a tight shirt wearing these, but for driving, working at a desk, or pumping while you have friends over, they’re great. And if you put on a big hoodie they’re pretty much invisible. Overall, these are amazing and I’d recommend them to anyone who pumps.

Amazing for travel, almost the same output as my traditional pump parts!
I was looking for something that made pumping on the go more discreet. While it does do that by allowing me to wear this directly in my bra, I do not get quite the same output as my normal pump parts. It's certainly a better output than with my 100% wearable pumps, though. Probably only a 1-2oz difference (but ever oz counts, right?!) So these have been helpful when I need to pump on a plane or car. I connected these to my Spectra pump, and didn't need any additional connectors. When I researched this product, I saw I would need a connector, but the parts that came with this easily connected to my Spectra (I recently replaced the tubing with MomCozy tubing, which seems to be slightly "tighter" or thinner than the traditional Spectra tubing). I do love how easy these are to clean - only 3 parts - the flange part, the diaphragm, and the collector. The duckbill is basically built into the 3. Makes it easy to clean on the go compared to the traditional pump parts. Overall, good product. Just very pricey for something I only use on travel trips.

Useless collection cups
I wanted to use the hands-free collection cups on my Pump In Style but cleverly, Medela ensured that you need to buy a whole new pump and tubing for that, so reluctantly I did. Once they arrived I sanitized and pumped while going about my day only to be disappointed that it only got a fraction of the Pump In Style and regular collection cups. After using it a couple more times with minor adjustments the milk yield still have not improved. Upon investigation, I realised that the hands-free collection cups seem to allow small amounts of pressure in overtime, weakening the suction capability, thus pulling less milk. I checked them for cracks but there weren’t none. It just seems like the cups just do not make a good seal in general. I held the hands-free cups in my hands to cover any areas where I thought air might be getting in and was able to get a decent yield. However, once you get a large amount of milk in these cups, getting the milk out safely is like a military operation. Needless to say, spills ensued, and that was the last dealing that I had with these so-called hands-free collection cups. I can deal with the fact that these didn’t work properly and just get a refund. However, the fact that I had to get these in the first place when Medela could just so easily make their cups and tubing universal across all machines just seems like greed on their part. Juggling breastfeeding, working and looking after a newborn is stressful enough without this. Things like this that make me understand why some women would rather just use formula.

Love love love these! Always have 2 sets!
One of my favorite hands free pumps! These cups are easy to clean and easy to put together. They also provide comfort in maternity bras. The spill factor is none existent as long as you are careful like any other pump. Always recommend remembering the seal piece because you will not get the right amount of suction without it and milk will spill out the bottom that’s also how you know it’s not sealed accurately! Overall the best hands free pump I have used in my 27months of breastfeeding!

Paying for the convenience
The only reason I give this product a 3 stars is for the convenience. I have the Medela Swing Maxi and pumping into those annoying bottles is nothing short of a disaster. God forbid if your baby crys and you need to move to comfort your child and you lose suction, milk gets everywhere, you end up having to wipe off everything to get a good suction again, its a disaster. When I found out these in bra, more hands free pumping cups existed I was super excited! I will say that I am extremely glad I got them on sale during prime day because you are definitely paying for the convenience not the quality. I cant believe they charge 90 for an item that im sure only costs them a few bucks to make. You would think for that price that the cups would click together effortlessly and smoothly especially for a tired mom at 2-3am. Or that the hose connectors would pop into the tops of the cups nicely instead of feeling like your trying to jam a piece of plastic into somewhere it doesn't belong. On another note, I am guessing a male that obviously has never pumped designed these. When you are done pumping you MUST lean forward while taking the cups off, because the flange fills up with milk due to the poor design of the "duckbill"/flange combo. I learned this lesson the hard way. Oh and don't forget to be standing at the counter while you do this. If you dont keep them tipped forward the milk built up in the flange will spill out but because of the open drain hole on top of the cups you also cannot lean the cup too far forward or you will lose milk that way. So dont suspect that you can pump in the car or anywhere else that you dont have a flat surface because you will get milk everywhere if you ever so slightly tip these cups wrong. I have another hands free pump that does not have any of these issues. Now overall am I unsatisfied with the product? No but I am disappointed in the quality. If I ever lost these cups I would 100% buy them again because they are 1000x better then the pumping bottles and to me the convenience is worth it but I am disappointed that Medela charges so much for a piece of plastic that they couldn't even add nicer quality features too.

Game changer
These are fantastic! I don't respond well to silicone flanges so it is nice that these are plastic. The plastic is smooth and these clean easily. With only 3 parts (4 if you include the O ring) they are very easy to take apart, clean, and put back together. I love that these cups are not huge and deep, so I can move my arms around without knocking them. I have a large chest so this was very important to me. The tunnels are longer than I thought. I have elastic tissue, so tunnel length is important. I did have to add a long insert and kinda sticky silicone cushion to one side top make the tunnel longer and ensure that my nipple didn't get pulled in too far. I have used these with 2 different pumps now and both work well. I'm actually able to empty well on lower, gentle suction and they take half the time of my wearable pump. My overall milk output has been about the same as with my wall pump and flanges. I do have to empty the cups halfway through pumping during my morning pump, but they pour easily. I am very happy with these. PS: sometimes there's a little milk in the tunnel after pumping. You have 2 options. 1. Stuff a tissue down and soak it up. 2. When pouring into a bottle, continue tipping cup over (spout still in bottle) until milk flows from tunnel, over spout, and into bottle. (If anyone wants a picture of this, let me know.)

Can’t recommend enough
The biggest down fall is I did not realise but MEDELA SELL THIS EXACT PRODUCT FOR HALF THE PRICE. Don’t over pay like I did!! I even contacted the seller who is not interested in helping me. These Medela pumping cups and SO good. Compared to my Momcozy and Tommee tippee wearables I get the best output and most comfortable with these. I already had a freestyle but the older pump parts. I don’t like that it comes with adaptors to attach to your tubing, sometimes if you pull on it the wrong way they can come apart easy. It would have been better to come with full replacement tubing.

Los recomiendo
Me han servido mucho, así tengo las manos libres y puedo hacer cosas, ya que mi extractor no traía estas y tenía que estar agarrándolas y no podía hacer nada, las recomiendo.

Best pump i used
These collection cups are a game changer! They are comfortable to wear, easy to assemble, and allow me to pump hands-free while getting other things done. They fit perfectly with my pump, are easy to clean, and make pumping much more convenient and efficient

Decepción
Se lo adapte al pump in style y solo me funcionó dos veces, solo siento que vibra el busto pero no succiona, además, como son dos copas que armas, aunque trae “sello hermético” se escurre la leche. Definitivamente recomiendo el extractor manual.
