i previously criticized this product and complained about customer service. I happily want to retract my complaint and sing high praises for their customer service.My phone would not stay afixed to the phone holder extending from windshield. I was told no refund and promtly registered my negative feedback.I was contacted by CS, eager to help resolve problem, and received a replacments to address my problem.I was most impressed with the continued communication between myself and VanMasse CSR. She sent replacments and followed up to find out if they worked and if not was willing to issue refund.I did not want a refund becuase the phone holder was holding on the windshield and I was satisfied with quality completely but the discovery was that I needed to put the magnet on the back of my Iphone 14 and not on the case. Also, the magnetic holder on original was scrached and I beleive that was interferring with the magnetism.I would recomment his product 100%. They kept their word stood behind product. I am sold.

Perfect for anyone that wants to save the money on buying a fancy case. I bought myself a wireless charging stand for a my iPhone then realized I had no way for my phone to stay there. So it’s perfect. I attached it the back of my otter box case and my phone charges perfectly every time! Plus I have an extra and was about to gift one to a friend!

These little rings probably do a good job at helping magsafe attachments, but why is it missing the other important part which is the little magnetic notch below the ring to keep magsafe items stable? Also, if you plan on buying this to attach it to items (instead of your phone) to make them magsafe, do not do that. The ring is far too weak on it's own to allow other items to stick to phone. Real magsafe items typically have a much thicker magnet inside of the product which is stronger than this little metal ring. Only loses 1 star because price is low, ring is very slim as promised, plenty of rings, and the stick is really strong.

They work great. Very strong - I purchased some of these before and they were too weak to actually hold my phone so I was skeptical.These are very strong and keep my phone secure to the charger or Ohsnap ring grip I use.

Love these rings. They hold onto things like the magnet pop its way better than the magnetic ring it comes with.

The quality of this product is great! They're not flimsy like other magsafe rings I have tried in the past. These were very durable and have great magnets.

Really have to pry hard to get my phone off the magnetic charger, which you'd think would be nice but it's really not great. I've ripped the mount off the dash a few times now.This next issue might be because I have a razr 2024 and the back isn't a hard surface, but after a few weeks the glue isn't stronger than the magnetic pull, such that I went to get my phone off the mount and the ring stayed behind. Again, might be because of my phone surface but still disappointing

Nice, strong adhesive. I liked them so much I went back and bought another set! Very handy for phones with MagSafe already but with a case on them, and extra handy for you kindle people who need a way to put on a pop socket on your case or allow for the use of MagSafe bendy arm contraptions!
