The set is good but there is an issue which does not make it great. The mask which is plastic and plastic covers on micro fiber. This cracks from being frozen to repair I used shoe goo and it did work great.to return to the freezer I lay it on a towel after washing it then dry it. Use a linen or cotton dish towel not microfiber to place mask on lay straps to the sides fold towel over face then place discs and under eye pads on top of that then flip sides of towel Over. The layout is length wise this keeps straps to the sides folding the towel over the straps keeps them from sticking to the mask and tearing it. The mask used with hylaronic serums peptides and other creams results in an awesome chryo facial. Put on mask after serums and creams then insert discs on sides of mouth and jaw. The eye pads under eyes . Work through the intense cold rush it wanes in a minute and keep on till it drips a bit and is soft. Remove massage face and feel the awesome hot flush on your face. You will look great I do it twice a week. Enjoy

The mask when chilled or frozen can be worn on the felt side for soft n cool but can be worn on the other side for even more coolness. Full adjustable fit. Seems durable good quality. I believe it will be very effective.

This feels so good on my face. I love to put the mask on after work. The size and fit are perfect.

I find myself not using these as often as I hoped because so much of it has to be held onto your face and of course the masks are better but they dont fully conform to my face so parts gets the cold but not all areas of the face will get good contact. Still, the feel great fresh out of the freezer if you dont mind holding them down

Love the pieces that this comes with, perfect size shape etc, but it stays “ice cold” for about 5 minutes then it’s just cool -

I really liked this product but it started leaking the inner gel. I’ve used this about 10 times. Not sure if it’d a fluke but def need something more durable.

Made me have an allergic reaction and the plastic hurts the skin of my nose
