I was supplementing with magnesium for a while and needed to keep my magnesium levels high from detoxing. Well, it turns out you shouldn't supplement with Mg without also adding Ca. So I started taking this and my joints and bones have stopped complaining. I find I don't need very much at all otherwise the water starts to taste too calcium-y which I can only think is my body saying it doesn't need that much. I add it to distilled water along with ionic zinc, magnesium chloride flakes, and DMG. Don't drink distilled water neat for long because it will remove minerals from your body.

I was happy how quick I got this, but opened yesterday and the dropper has a whole bunch crystallized stuff inside and at the tip.. I haven’t used it because of maybe it was tampered with and didn’t feel safe to use.. I had bought other liquid vitamins within the last week and I didn’t have this issue with the dropper

The only thing I dislike about this product is the flavor, but this can be hid in oatmeal or a smoothie
