So initially I was disappointed when I opened the package and realized the remote was not in there. I completely place the blame on Amazon as I had purchased this as like new and had expected them to sell it to me as such. They were unable to help me but when I reached out to the company, they did not hesitate to send me a replacement remote free of charge. That customer service really showed they care!I purchased a different vibration plate before this one and it sounded like a small freight train starting up. The co-worker had this one and it was extremely silent but I was still nervous that I would somehow get the one that sounded like an oil rig starting up.The pink board is super cute and I was very excited about that. Immediately out of the box it started right up and it's pretty easy to figure out how to use. To my extreme delight, it is super quiet when you started up and even more quiet when you're standing on it. The last exercise plate I got also would literally rattle your teeth on level one. I was hoping for something that I could put under my desk to help with blood flow on my legs since I sit at a desk 8 hours a day. Level one on this one is absolutely perfect for that and is what you would expect a level one to be at in my opinion. I have multiple coworkers coming into use it and one actually bought it himself after trying it just one time. My lieutenant said it helped his hips and my captain stated that his feet felt better after using it. My chiropractor also said that she is completely on board with using an exercise board. I have noticed significant feelings of decompression in my lower back which is where my biggest problem is!I would highly recommend this. I haven't test it out the Bluetooth yet but that was a fun added feature. This is definitely something to incorporate into your daily work routine or workout routine lol.

I did a lot of research before choosing a vibration plate because there are so many models at wildly different prices. This one offered the features and power I wanted at a very reasonable price, and I’m extremely happy with my choice.The platform feels sturdy and stable while I’m standing on it. It has a great range of intensity levels, so I can keep it gentle when needed or turn it up surprisingly high when I want a stronger session. The controls make it easy to adjust the level as I go.I have lymphedema and regularly experience discomfort in my legs. I purchased this to support movement and circulation, and in my personal experience, using it has helped reduce some of that pain and stiffness. I’m not suggesting it treats lymphedema, but it has been a genuinely helpful wellness tool for me.I now use it every day because it’s convenient, takes very little effort to incorporate into my routine, and leaves my legs feeling better. For the price, sturdiness, intensity range, and frequency with which I use it, this has been an excellent purchase.

I really like this vibration plate! I love that it has different speed settings, so I can easily adjust the intensity depending on what I want that day. It's also nice and wide, which makes me feel balanced and comfortable while using it. The remote is a great bonus because I can change the settings without having to stop. Overall, I'm very happy with it and have really enjoyed using it!

The pad is spiked. If you want to use barefoot it can be intense. The remote only works if you hold it directly next to the machine which sort of defeats the purpose. Timer only goes to 20 minutes. Also the part that displays the time and volume is very sensitive. If you touch it accidentally it will turn off which happens almost every time I use it if I sit on it or lay my legs across it. Placing a blanket on the machine helps avoid this. I’m also not a fan of the remote. The plus is on the left not the right. It just doesn’t seem intuitive.All that aside I’m using it daily. Helping with balance, circulation, lymphatic and my cellulite. My husband even uses it now. He gets a lot of fluid trapped in feet and legs. He says it “tickles” his legs. I had to build up to my time on the machine. At first 2 mins. Now I can do 40- all different exercises and upper body work. Even laying on my back. It works your whole body! I for a cramp in my side when I was using it!

Love it. Use it daily. I'm a senior and I can feel the difference in my body after using it. Relieves stiffness and the different settings give you a different feel. I personally like setting 3, and for ten minutes a day, it's been worth it. Also like that it can be tucked away easily when not in use.

I first started using a vibration plate at my physical therapist’s office. Once a week wasn’t enough for me so I bought this one to use at home. It’s solid, not a light weight flimsy piece of equipment. So far, I’ve used it 3 times over the last 5 days and I absolutely love it. It makes me feel grounded and more “in my body”. I’m the type who does her shopping THEN her research so I was pretty happy to see some of the benefits (aside from the obvious improved circulation) such as increased bone density, improved serotonin and testosterone production. This should improve most people’s mood and overall health. I do some mild stretches and squats, or just stand on it and read/scroll/text. I do feel it has made me more toned although that was not my objective. I’m not sure where I will place it for maximum use but I’m thinking I’ll put it in my bathroom near my vanity and sink so I can multitask on self-care.

Amazing value for the money. Love the preset programs and ease of use. Easy to transport from room to room too.have bought one as a gift for family and recommended one to friends who now love theirs too. Better value than the more expensive versions, we use this daily now - quite addictive!

Started using this machine The second it got home! Everyone in my house uses it. Husband daughter and son. We all experience different benefits from it. myself: I work nights and I use to wake up in with tight feelings in my legs. If I stretched I would cramp, that is gone as of the first time using this machine.the lymphatic drainage around my ankles, behind my knees, and inner thighs gone. Can say enough! Get it! Also it has strength my pelvic floor and my weak right ankle ❤️

I was quite unsure and kept thinking for weeks but I am happy with this purchase. Really helpful in cramps, aches and pains. Ease into it slowly and increase speed and time. It’s a full body rejuvenator.

the vibration plate worked well but has since popped and blew my electricity. The motor which creates the vibration has broken. I have contacted the seller but not heard anything. I am concerned whether there is a warranty? Why has no one got back to me? I only bought it 10 months ago. I paid a higher amount thinking I would get a quality item and good service. Not so far.

Does the job well. Been using since 6 months. Works perfectly and is sturdy too.
