I use these at work and they are great to strengthen patient hand strength. They are made well and have very different levels of resistance.

Good for pinch grip
Been using for therapy after surgery to help increase my grip strength. It looks very similar to what I use in OT. Has really helped me improve my grip strength from home on days I don’t have OT.
