I’ve been using the AXV Vibration Plate Exercise Machine as part of my effort to improve my health and fitness, and I’m really impressed! It’s easy to use, sturdy, and surprisingly effective. My daughter has one and let me try it. I LOVED IT! So I ordered one and soooo very happy as I had 2 knee replacements last year and trying to strengthen my muscles. This morning I sat on it , put it on a solid end table and 10 minutes wow moving so much better today. We started me slow and easy as I am a older senior, but put it by the counter to hold on I even was reading with book on counter not holding book.

my sister suggested i get this, as it has helped her circulation. i purchased it and it works. after only a week, i noticed that my legs felt better and it was easier to walk. glad she told me. I am elderly and will not be using it for exercise, but it does work for poor circulation and mobility.

The remote does not work ....replaced the battery but still doesn't work ....no way to make contact with the seller to request another remote :(

Goodness me... empty your bladder and go on and get you a full body massage with this thing! And if you're fat like me, go ahead and bend your knees ever so slightly and just wait until you feel the goodness that happens behind your kneecaps. It feels like the jets in a hot tub massaging ALL the fat. It's amazing. I'm addicted. For the record, I'm 270 lbs of goodness and it holds up to my weight just fine!

I love this vibration plate. I keep it in my bedroom ao right before going to bed and waking up I can get on it. I love how I can actually feel the lymphatic drainage while I amOn it. It’s also relaxing to me almost like getting a massage!

If you're on the fence about getting a vibration plate, it's worth it! however, this particular brand/company is probably not your best option. when the plate first arrived it seemed fine. however, very quickly (within a week or so) it started making an awful squeaking noise. the best way to describe the sound is sneakers squeaking on a basketball court. I did some research online to see if I could troubleshoot the issue. one person said this particular noise warrants a call to the manufacturer. I found the AXV website and went straight to their contact page. I clicked the link to email them and it redirected me to a completely different website that sells pool cleaning supplies, which seemingly has nothing to do with this company. There was also a phone number listed but said their office hours were Monday - Friday. It was a weekend so I waited until the following Monday morning to give them a call during their listed hours. Unfortunately, the call wouldn't connect. It didn't even ring, just said I call would not go through. I double checked the number, same thing. I was hoping for a quick resolution but since customer service for this company doesn't exist, I have no options other than to return the machine. it doesn't sound safe to use with that awful noise. Thankfully it's still with in the return window. I loved having the vibration plate while it lasted so I'll definitely be reordering one through another company.
