Puro Sound Labs - Kids Headphones, Volume-Limiting 85dB, BT2200 Plus,Purple

My child is very happy with this gift, and I’m happy with the purchase as well. The headphones connect quickly and easily to the iPad, which makes setup simple and stress-free. The battery lasts a long time, and the overall build quality looks very good for the price. The included carrying case is a nice bonus and makes storage convenient. The volume level is appropriate for children and feels safe for their ears, which is very important to me as a parent. Overall, a great choice and definitely worth it.

These are so great. My grandson loves them! They work so well and really do cancel out external noise. He wears them while I’m watching soccer games and on airplanes. He finds him very comfortable and easy to use. They do occasionally unpair, but I’m guessing most electronics do that at some point.

My daughter needed replacement headphones and these are great!! The sound quality is fantastic and volume control is great for kids. The cushions are really soft and comfortable which was a big deal to find for her! They come in a zip up carrying case which is so helpful too!! I would highly recommend!

I don’t know how anyone could think these are good. My AirPods at the same decibel rate limit are significantly louder. These are basically unusable on an airplane. Also bought them before they were on sale, but still don’t think these are worth it. I feel like their volume limit must by way off because again other rate limited headphones are way louder. Their QA needs to look into this issue. If they worked, they are super comfortable and well made.

These are so highly recommended that I tried them twice for the kids, but they’re not for us. I’ve bought these headphones twice, they lasted 11mo and 13mo respectively. In both cases sound cut out in one side. (To be honest the sound may have cut out months earlier, I only noticed when I put them on and the kiddo said it had been like that for awhile.) As important to note is that the blue tooth functionality is not what you expect. It cuts out if one moves even three feet from the device. Sound is also noticeably worse in Bluetooth. This is out of the box w both. Something wrong w the tech here. The kiddo doesn’t know better and so it didn’t bother him terribly, and the volume limits are nice. They look cool. We’ll try older model JBL or Sony w software decimal limits and see how that goes.

Bought these for my 7 YO granddaughter for use on an international flight. While not noise cancelling they still provided some dampening of external noise when not listening to videos or music. They were comfortable to wear during the flight, allowing her to ignore Mom and Dad as necessary. The supposed 20 hour battery life appears to be right on; the 'phones were used about 6 hours each way on the trip with no recharging needed. Comes with a nice semi-hard case and cables if you don't want to go the wireless route (such as on airplanes). Plus sound limiting for those tender new ears.

I was able to buy this because the awesome customer service of this company allowed me to return the PuroQuiets model. Here's what I wrote in my review of that product: "I've never had a company be as responsive as customer-service oriented as this one. Bought this for my 3-year-old. It had the ANC feedback issue a few have described. I contacted the company directly to request help. Very quick and personal response (I think next business day when I emailed over the weekend) where they immediately offered to send out another unit, with a return shipping label for the first unit. The second one unfortunately also had the feedback issue. We ended up trying it for our trip anyway. The over-the-ear model was a little uncomfortable for my daughter, and the round headband is a little slippery, so I wanted to return it when I saw the new BT2200s Plus model. But Amazon wouldn't let me because I was past the 30-day return window! Even though it was my fault for taking too long, the company arranged for me to return both units directly to them (using their paid shipping label), and they got Amazon to refund me! I was then able to buy the BT2200s Plus, which is much more comfortable for my daughter. My main critique for both is that the round headband shape seems a little slippery. Otherwise great battery life, the Bluetooth connects easily, and it functions well overall." I don't miss the ANC from this unit for my daughter. The ear pads could still be a smidge larger in diameter to wrap around ears, and I wish it had a flat headband, but overall very happy with this product.

My daughter loves them

Bought these for my daughter, we used them often on road trips and around the house when we didn't want to listen to the same music or screen. They eventually developed some kind of short in the adjustable headband which made the sound cut in and out. I got in touch with the manufacturer through their website chat tool and the support I received was prompt and friendly, a replacement set was sent, and the transcript was emailed to me for my records. Honestly, the most exemplary customer service experience, and well beyond my expectations. I didn't see too many other reviews mentioning the same issue, so I'm hoping it's not common, and that my daughter can enjoy these for a long while to come.

The best! Saved me, our autistic son, and our banks! Brilliant! Our autistic son recently got into headphones and was using a set from 2022 that was wearing and too loud. He was using them full volume and that’s not good for his hearing, you could hear them from across the room, so we purchased some limited ones. He loves them! They’re a lot safer sound and they feel super comfortable, great build quality and they last him months. They unfortunately broke last week after him using and loving them for a number of months, we contacted support. Puro contacted us back within a few hours and gave us some things to try, unfortunately none worked to resolve the issue, we told them and they sent out a replacement set! Literally less than a day, after 3 days they arrived! Back in business and ready to love again. Cheers! A must have for parents concerned for kids listening! Great quality, use, and support!
