It’s leather. Nice dress belt finish, great color with a stylish buckle. Seems durable. I only dress up on Sunday and special occasions so it won’t get used daily. Now, I read the reviews and weigh the pros and cons. It seems like the reviews are the same for a $16 or a $75 belt so why spend $75 when you get the same satisfaction for $16. Neither one’s made in the USA. I would buy this belt again, hopefully not too soon.

I originally bought a different color of this belt to go with a pair of shoes I seldom wear. I did not want to spend a lot of money on a belt that would not get much use. When that belt arrived, I could not believe how well made it was for the price. The leather seems to be of high quality, although I haven't had the belts long enough to really test their durability. However, the belts are clearly very well cut and finely stitched with quality hardware. Immediately after receiving that first belt, I bought this second one in this color which I wear much more frequently.I typically buy my belts from a department store that sources its private label men's belts from Italy. These belts are not quite as supple, but are one-fifth the price. Thus far, I am extremely pleased with the quality of the materials and especially the craftmanship. I will buy these belts again in the future as my other current belts need replacement.

Entirely too large. Had to add notches to make it fit.
