I love these dilators! I couldn’t sleep without them, and nothing was as effective for me as these ones. They’re soft, and have a good fit in my nose. I like the quality, as I’ve been using the previous pair for like a year, just washed it with soap every morning.

I've been using the Rhinomed turbine & Zquiet Breathe nasal dialators with good results and wanted to give this one a try. What a piece of junk, I can't imagine how this would help open anyone's nasal passage. The plastic is very soft and flimsy, just a bit stiffer then a rubber band and IMHO you could stick a rubber band up your nose and get better results! I was drawn by the shape and I feel if it were more rigid it could work.

I suffer from collapsing nasal cartilage which can make many activities a struggle. I found a great set of nasal dialators for sleep that are of thicker material and much firmer to stand up against the high pressures of my CPAP but they leave my nose more sensitive and are uncomfortable to wear for daily activities. These have proven to be the answer. Things to know: - These are much thinner and more flexible then many on the market so if you are looking for them to stand up against outward force pressure from more than glasses you may be disappointed. - Know your size. Too big will hurt, too small will fall out, if you are prone to heavy nasal drip they will fall out. These can't be cut to custom to your size. If you don't know your size don't guess, get the trial pack or get a very cheap trial pack of another kind to know for sure.

They smell minty and feel okay in the nose, but I didn’t really notice any big difference in my breathing. Just a very average product.

The rubber is soft and the lavender smell is nice but these honestly did not help for me at all. The rubber may be too soft? Seemed to collapse in on hard breaths, and even felt like it was blocking my airways more than opening them just by virtue of being in my nose. Was causing louder nasal breathing that caused my spouse to have to wake me because the whistling it was creating was too much for him to deal with. I never used them again after that. It could be that dilators just aren’t for me, but my experience was not great.

i bought so i could still go on jogs/runs with congestion. they did the job. when you first put it in it’s a little uncomfortable but you get acclimated to it fairly quickly

My plastic surgeon failed to actually do anything about my deviated septum AND messed up my nose aesthetically, so I have to use one of these 24/7 for both comfort and my will to live. These are the only nasal dilators I can find that are the CORRECT shape, which makes it all the more frustrating that they're so thin. 0.7mm thickness makes it way too soft and flexible. It needs to be firmer. The rubber also needs TEXTURE so it doesn't become slimy and fall out of my nose constantly (larger sizes ruin the aesthetics and also still fall out, so don't even try to argue with me.) Worst of all is the obscene price for a single-use product. These would cost me almost as much as food does if I didn't reuse them. It wouldn't need to be single-use if it wasn't so thin and soft, though, would it? Hm.

I thought I've gotten a good sleep every night .. until my husband complained about my snoring. After I checked my night sleep with a smart watch health app, I found out the reason I was so tired in the morning everyday. I didn't have a good sleep! So I set up a sleep routine. It was easy but my snoring problem was hard to fix. I bought a strap to put on noses. Didn't work. Changed pillow. Didn't work. After searching some products on Amazon, I found this one. I tried but didn't trust fully at first. Well, it was not completely comfortable for the first but I didn't snore at all! Second night was even better. I became more comfortable having this tool in my noses so I slept better. I found my size through using a trial pack. Then I purchased medium size with lavender scent because I love lavender. Recently I start my day feeling lighter and more energetic. Love this product!
