Poor quality/ Dry
We opened a few packs and towels are all dry. We brought individual packs thinking it would be better and they wouldn’t dry out.

The presentation is great and quite portable however It doesn't meet my expectations as I was expecting a product with a bit more moisture, and these are quite dry

They are dry.
Completely dry which makes them useless. "Flushable" but if you read the back of the box you see several places you can't flush them, leaving me to wonder 'where can you flush them?' Good thing I decided to test them out while I still had time to replace them - not easy to open, I had to cut them open.
