Can I return this pillow after trying it for a few nights. Also is there a way to measure myself to know what size to get?

I'm 5’6” and use the larger size. Expensive and It is so firm for me that it offers no real comfort. Basically a brick. My physical therapist highly recommended that i switch to a newentor pillow. It keeps the neck aligned with the back.I get the best support and sleep on this great brand.

The thick part of the pillow is there to give support between your neck and shoulder when you are sleeping on your side. This can take a while to get used to but when you do it will be the last pillow you buy.

I bought another brand of memory pillow which smelt awful and was ultimately unusable. Does this Tempura pillow have any odor at all?

Not that I recall, but I found it very uncomfortable to use.
