I got this for travel. It can be used for liquids and powders. It worked without having to pack a beauty sponge or multiple brushes which saved a lot of space.

I originally picked up just the sponge on a whim thinking I’ve been going through lots of beauty blender sponges and wanted to try something that might just last awhile. I’ve used this for about 2 weeks now and can tell you it’s holding up way better than a traditional makeup sponge and I can clean it between uses. The quality seems really good so far. I did buy this sponge and compact set so I would have a backup and also to have a clean place to store it when I am not using it. The little mirror is a cute bonus. I only use liquid foundation so I don’t know how it works for powders but I am liking this one and will continue to use them. The makeup coverage is great and I’m not having to use a ton of foundation either. I like that I can use it dry rather than having to wet it and wring it out first. This is a good value for the price point 6.99, since my local grocery store sells it for $10.

I have a few of these now because they are perfect for applying loose powder, great for pressed powder on the go or for those pressed powders that don’t come with their own puff, and the more spongy flip side is great for blending things out mid day around your nose or where you might want to apply a little more liquid or cream makeup. And the best part? It’s the case! It keeps it clean and hygienic and has a little mirror. What more could you want?

I like this better than a regular beauty blender. It’s easy to blend and have a case. So it’s easier to travel with. Minus 1 star because i wish it’ll has more “bounce” like beauty blender.

Love having this for on the go. I mainly use it for touch ups while at work. I bartend in a brick oven restaurant where it gets HOT in the summer and was having to pat my face down throughout the day when my face would get sweaty and this has been a game changer. It's helped me do that in a way that doesn't wipe any makeup off and help me add powder to set my face again that doesn't become cakey. Definitely worth the money and can be used wet or dry!

Having a two-sided surface for both foundation and powder is convenient. However, I usually need to dampen the foundation side to apply it, which then makes the powder side wet, making it a bit annoying to apply setting powder afterward. Also, this product is generally quite hard for a makeup puff. But honestly I bought this because wanted to try this out and it’s got a case to cover the puff, which I love about it

I titled my review as age appropriate because I am 44 years old and for the mature women, we all know how wrinkles, fine lines and pours can be an issue, when wearing concealer or make-up. But with this dual sided sponge is absolutely worth it. I wear make up on a daily basis and especially under my eyes for those of us that have dark circles. It’s important to get the most coverage as needed and with this particular sponge it fills in the fine lines it’s not like those other sponges, when you put on your concealer it just sits on the surface of your skin, then later it creases right back into the fine lines. Not this sponge the material is different. Meaning the quality of the sponge. I love how it sets my powder as well. the moral of the story is, it’s smooth out all my imperfections and I think it’s a great product! I would choose this product over agin and again.

I’ve used foundation brushes and beauty blenders. So far, this blends my armani foundation beautifully. It makes skin look like skin instead of skin with product.
